I visited with Debby Joy. They started us with slices of a soft
baguette with oil and balsamic vinegar.
I love bread..and this was delicious….very substantial…a heavy loaf.

ordered the Pan Seared Salmon served with a sweet corn, roma tomato and baby
artichoke risotto. I tasted the
risotto. It was delicious.
I
ordered the Papardelle Bolgnese – it was good.
The pasta was a wide pasta strip...with a very hearty veal, beef and pork red sauce. (I like mine a little pinker and creamy…but
this was delicious) topped with parmesan cheese and herbs.
Everything is made from scratch at the restaurant.
