I visited with Peg Hartman after her return from the holidays in Montana. She read about this restaurant in the airline magazine on board her flight back to the Valley.
This restaurant has a very
wide selection of wines…seating area inside and a beautiful outdoors
patio. It was cold though…and no way was
I sitting outside. First we were looking
at the hand pies…but then decided on the panini type sandwiches. It was a small menu but everything was simple
and good. I chose the Ham and Swiss…and
I chose the salad instead of the chips…the salad was very fresh and tasty…and I
also chose the balsamic vinaigrette.
Peg chose the fresh mozzarella and tomato with the salad and the balsamic vinaigrette. She also enjoyed a glass of wine…but I was so busy shivering I didn’t get the name. She liked it though. The young lady asked if I would like wine and I said,”No, because I didn’t bring wine wand.” Oh, she said, “ I have heard about those. We should carry them here for sale.” Yes!
