I visited with Pat Scarrow, Mike
Thompson and Candy Bailey. We started
with Bruschetta – fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, onions, basil tossed with olive
oil…served over toasted garlic bread. That was followed by a choice of soup or
salad…I chose the homemade minestrone soup…and the others ordered a salad. It was huge, fresh and looked divine.
Mike ordered the Veal Parmigiana – breaded veal cutlets baked in Marinara sauce…topped with mozzarella cheese…and served with your choice of pasta – he chose fettuccini.
Pat ordered the Pasta with Shrimp served in her choice of sauce – Marinara..served over a pasta - her choice fettuccine. Candy ordered one of the nightly specials..Lobster stuffed Ravioli served with a Vodka Sauce.
