I met my friend Sylvia here for lunch.  I ordered the Chimi with Machaca Beef served with sour cream, fresh guacamole, cheese and I chose beans.  It was very good but I do have one complaint.  I like my chimi fried crisp…and this one wasn’t…I guess the next time I order one…I will have to tell them to put the sour cream and guacamole on the side.
