I visited on July 20, 2019 with the group of the Boyce
Thompson Arboretum Book Club when we attended the Payson Book Festival which
was held in the Ballroom of Mataztal Casino.
I ordered the Patty Melt during
lunch. It was a great tasting 1/ 2 pound burger topped with grilled onions
and Swiss Cheese between pieces of
grilled marbled rye bread. The meat was delicious. I never asked but I would bet that the patties
was home made. This is one of the best
Patty Melts I have ever eaten. I keep a
record of the best Patty Melts I have ever eaten. This one zoomed right to second place. If I ever return and it is this good I am
going to ask to speak to the chef. If the meat is ground daily on site…this
will be #1.
The burger was served with my choice
of side: French Fries…and they were also
delicious.
