March 31, 2014 - Dinner at The Guadalajara Restaurant

March 31, 2014 was a good day for me at work.  I stopped at Jo Martin's house after work and we decided to celebrate by having dinner at The Guadalajara Restaurant in Havre.

We split a Arroz con Camarones  -  Prawns sautéed in a mild sauce with onions and mushrooms…served over a bed of rice with melted cheese, garnished with onions and tomatoes.

This particular dish is not served with beans.  But it is served with 6-7 large shrimp....the rice is kept moist with the arroz sauce...and it spills over with vegetables...especially slice green peppers.  The whole dish has a real tomato taste to it.

Their portions are so huge that we are able to split a meal...and walk away satisfied.
